Terre Rouge is an upscale, contemporary French restaurant with warm and sophisticated flourishings. The menu selection highlights fresh produce and is locally-sourced when possible. Every ingredient is meticulously brought together to create an enticing yet playful menu.

Executive chef Forrest Liu has more than a decade of experience (a portion of them working under Jean Georges Vongerichten). While his cookery is French with modern influence, some of his dishes—like the umami flavours of his duck leg, and his signature black cod—reflect his Asian roots.

The space itself is warm and sophisticated and makes for an elegant respite in downtown Markham. That said, Terre Rouge is the perfect place for a romantic tête-á-tête, a rendezvous with family and friends or a private function to your liking.
